The Valet Attendant is responsible for immediately greeting and setting a welcoming tone for all guests arriving on property. The Valet Attendant is also responsible for safely handling guests’ vehicles to ensure proper parking and retrieval and ensuring the secure handling of keys.
Deliver internal and external guest service the Pinnacle Way by ensuring every interaction includes our Six Core Service Standards (Look Sharp, smile & greet the guest. Be friendly, polite & use courteous language. Provide especially timely & knowledgeable service; and then some! Always find solutions to guests’ problems. Use the guest’s name when appropriate. Thank the guest and invite him or her back.).
Greet arriving and departing guests. Opens passenger door(s) and offers assistance, if appropriate.
Provide claim check and instructs guests on how to reclaim vehicle.
Park guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
Retrieve customer vehicles from specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
Provide travel directions and information on property events and promotions.
Provide accurate and timely documentation and reports of departmental activities and status including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements, and conditions with require attention and or repair. Obeys all traffic laws on and off property.
Assist in maintaining a neat, clean curbside and work area free from clutter or debris.
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through at least 2-months of on-the-job training or related experience.
