    As a Concierge you are responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer.  The Concierge is also responsible for providing guests with information and assistance on L’Auberge Lake Charles’s, and area attractions, entertainment and facts.

     

    Responsibilities

    1. Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
    1. Provides reservation service for Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.’s guests, including airlines, shows and restaurants, hair and manicure appointments and related personal services.
    1. Handles special requests for L’Auberge Lake Charles’s guests.
    1. Provides accurate, up-to-date information on Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. and area activities, entertainment and L’Auberge Lake Charles’s special promotions.
    1. Interfaces with VIP Services, Hotel and Food and Beverage in handling preferred guests and special requests.
    1. Recommends changes that improve the concierge operations.
    • This position is subject to varying levels of crowds, noise and smoke, the severity of which depends upon customer volume.
    • Ability to use a telephone.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, as well as all levels of employees.
    • Ability to move boxes of brochures that can weigh up to 20 pounds.
