The Main Banker is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for performing varied cashier and supervisor functions in a pleasant, efficient and honest manner.

Delivers superior internal and external guest service the Pinnacle Way by ensuring every interaction includes our Six Core Service Standards (Look sharp, smile and greet the guest; Be friendly, polite and use courteous language; Provide especially timely and knowledgeable service and then some; Always find solutions to guests’ problems; Use the guest’s name when appropriate; Thank the guest and invite him or her back.); and work harmoniously with fellow team members.
Handles large amounts of money and maintains accountability over assigned bank.
Works with credit customers to ensure they are provided with prompt, courteous and friendly service.
Records credit issuances and redemptions for the day.
Verifies and completes exchanges with the cashiers in order to maintain funds.
Performs numerous cashier, NRT, and supervisor functions in order to assist in providing superior service to internal and external guest.
Monitors and coordinates activities of cage personnel when a member of management is not present.
Assists in training new and existing employees to ensure that the proper procedures are being followed.Performs related duties and responsibilities as required. This position spends the majority of shift on the gaming floor, and is subject to varying levels of crowds, noise levels, the severity of which depends upon customer volume.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)
These abilities are typically acquired through prior six months banking experience with two months of on-the-job training, or through related cashier experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):
Ability to maintain all Regulatory licenses within assigned state of employment
Must successfully pass background check
Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
The ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of employees.
The ability to effectively and efficiently move around the cage.
The ability to use computer keyboard, 10-key, calculator, etc.
The ability to retrieve and move coin bags and racks of chips which may weigh as much as 50 pounds throughout 8-hour shift.
The ability to balance bank at end of shift.
The ability to identify and accurately cash different denominations of cash currency, checks
