  • Overview

    Must be an outgoing, individual who can serve as an ambassador on behalf of the company to any and all players.


    • Promotes the mychoice program in an enthusiastic manner.
    • Promotes and execute any guest service initiatives.
    • Explain and assist guests with kiosks when necessary.
    • Responsible for entering and updating guest’s information, including department entry logs, point redemptions, e-mail, sorting of return mail, etc.
    • Is responsible for being knowledgeable on daily events, promotions, and offers at an expert level and capable of explaining these programs to the guests in a clear and concise manner.
    • Is required to attend daily pre-shifts and department/property meetings.
    • Must be able to assist at the other work areas.
    • Must complete all transactions accurately, within the department time standard, all the while paying careful attention to providing truly great guest service.
    • Greets and answers all guest questions in a professional manner using professional language or will seek and find correct answers by contacting the appropriate departments or leadership team.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
    • Must be open and receptive coaching.
    • Stocks and maintain a clean work area.
    • Must follow department and property policies and procedures.
    • Able to assist other departments with guests mychoiceconcerns.
    • Must be able to answer an internal/external telephone call in a professional manner.
    • Must be able to handle dissatisfied guest in a professional manner and direct guest to appropriate person.
    • Must be able to work independently.


    • Experience operating computer terminals.
    • Basic typing skills.
    • Basic math skills.
    • Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
    • Must be able to deal with challenging guests.
    • Must be able to work with diverse guests and team members.
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior customer service experience preferred.
