As a leader in Table Games, the Floor Supervisor provides direct and general supervision to table games staff in order to ensure effective and efficient gaming operations. The Floor Supervisor creates and ensures dealers are providing an entertaining and energetic atmosphere while maintaining game security and developing customers.
Deliver internal and external guest service the Pinnacle Way by ensuring every interaction includes our Six Core Service Standards (Look Sharp, smile & greet the guest. Be friendly, polite & use courteous language. Provide especially timely & knowledgeable service; and then some! Always find solutions to guests’ problems. Use the guest’s name when appropriate. Thank the guest and invite him or her back.).
Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop, monitor and lead subordinate personnel in such a manner to maintain a positive employee relations culture. Recommend wage increases, promotions, demotions, discipline and other employment actions for subordinate personnel.
Motivate and supervise staff in order to ensure that employees receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established departmental and guest service objectives.
Assist with procedures, trains, schedules and evaluates personnel in keeping with company and departmental directive, policies and procedures.
Observe players’ behavior for signs of cheating such as marking, switching, or counting cards, notify shift manager of suspected cheating.
Evaluate guest play and extend complimentary services to support extended play.
Resolve customer and employee complaints.
Ensure procedures for opening and closing of the table games are followed according to established procedures.
Maintains awareness of how each game stands with respect to player limits, special customers, wins/losses, and dealer performance.
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through at least 1 years experience directly related to the accountabilities specified.
