The Assistant Casino Floor Supervisor supervises Dealers and Slot Service Specialists and guest activity on games as assigned. Maintain games security and integrity in designated area to ensure that they are conducted in a manner consistent with State Gaming Commission regulations and the policies and procedures of Cactus Petes Casino, Inc.

  • Accountable for the adherence and/or enforcement of all written/internal controls and procedures within the casino.
  • Responsible for having a full comprehensive knowledge of internal controls and adhering and enforcing the same.
  • Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
  • Accountable for the written procedures in each game placed under supervision.
  • Monitor the Dealers performance.
  • Monitor pit and gaming equipment to ensure proper working order and condition and notify Casino Shift Manager of needed repairs.
  • Notify upper casino management of below standard performance of any team member.
  • Able to perform duties of Pit Manager in his/her absence.
  • Monitor and implement the issuance of comps.
  • Coach, monitor, and develop team members for improved performance.
  • Issuing timely performance evaluations on subordinates and offering developmental guidelines and resources to achieve goals.
  • Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by any Cactus Petes entity.


  • Excellent verbal communication required with sound administrative skills.
  • Sound knowledge of all casino games.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience in gaming industry may be substituted on a year for year basis.
