The position of Executive Host acts as an ambassador for the Casino, has primary contact with guests and is responsible for Casino Player Development in both Slot and Table Games.  The Executive Host must possess excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive and enjoyable guest experience; the ability to conduct him/herself in a manner that is professional and reflective of the Company’s public image.


  • Greet casino patrons and assist with needs; issue complimentaries based on set company policies and procedures.
  • Enroll and service casino patrons into the Player’s Club. 
  • Make reservations for guests including restaurant, room and limo.
  • Have a good working knowledge of the Player Tracking System, including a working knowledge of entering Player information, verifying gaming value summaries, authorize complimentaries where applicable.
  • Actively solicit existing and new players via telephone, personal meetings, direct mail and entertainment to enhance the value and quality of the player database.
  • Act as an ambassador of good will between The Meadows Casino and all patrons.
  • Settle customer disputes and complaints with grace.
  • Assist with all Casino Promotions and Special Events even though they may not fall on your shift or working day.
  • Know how to answer Casino Credit questions and where to look for information regarding issuance of credit.
  • Be attentive to phone calls. Be sure to answer each call and return calls as soon as possible.
  • Verify all customer requests for comps.
  • Be able to “multi-task” seamlessly.
  • Responsible for obtaining thorough relevant guest information for database.
  • Make sure the Adios Lounge (Casino floor) is clean and presentable at all times.
  • Continue to develop casino play and attract new customers to the property.
  • Accomplish basic goals assigned to include player acquisition, entice increased incremental trips from existing customers and continue to build the player base.
  • Must dress in a professional manner.
  • Any other assigned duties.


  • Must have ability to read and speak Vietnamese .
  • Must have the ability to read and write at the high school level.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Must have the ability to analyze and interpret business statistics, player tracking reports, gaming procedures and regulations.
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate basic math skills.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate sound judgment, common sense and good decision/problem solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of all casino promotions and the ability to effectively communicate/interpret promotions to internal and external guests.
  • Must sign a Non-Compete agreement.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a PGCB gaming license level 2 (G-2).
  • Must maintain current with all required trainings and/or certifications.
  • Must have regular and predictable attendance; the ability to be flexible in scheduling.
