This position is responsible for overseeing the entire internal and external Valet/Coat Check operation during their scheduled shifts.


  • Ensure that valet attendants are completing damage checks as required.
  • May be required to work any of three rotating shifts
  • Ensure all guest needs are taken care of in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Oversee shift operation according to budgetary constraints.
  • Receive and replace any report-offs during your shift.
  • Be accountable for all guest vehicles and keys in the department’s possession.
  • Document any guest claims, record of counseling, or other pertinent information occurring during your shift.
  • Protect any and all company assets.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license, and have an accident free driving history at least one year prior to hire date.
  • Must be licensable by the PGCB
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • May have to park, retrieve and push/pull vehicles


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to learn Micros cashiering system
  • Previous knowledge of valet operation helpful
  • Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Be able to operate both automatic and standard shift vehicles
  • Remain calm in high stress traffic, employee, and guest situations
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests
  • Fill out all pertinent information regarding guest vehicles on valet ticket correctly.
  • Requires standing/walking/running/stooping/bending for at least 90% of the shift
  • Ability to enter and exit a wide range of vehicles over an extended period of time without assistance.
  • Ability to hear within normal range
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (scooters, wheelchairs, etc.)
  • Requires pushing and pulling stalled vehicles
  • Able to reach up to a height of 6 feet
  • Ability to operate basic audio equipment
  • Must be able to work in all weather related conditions
  • Regular, predictable attendance required
  • Requires normal vision range and absence of color blindness
  • Ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
