The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for writing and designing all team member communication and planning team member events on property. The Specialist collaborates with various team members on property to improve their working environment and to create a culture of open, two-way communication.
Deliver internal and external guest service the Pinnacle Way by ensuring every interaction includes our Six Core Service Standards (Look Sharp, smile & greet the guest. Be friendly, polite & use courteous language. Provide especially timely & knowledgeable service; and then some! Always find solutions to guests’ problems. Use the guest’s name when appropriate. Thank the guest and invite him or her back.).

The Internal Communications Specialist must have an open mind and be willing to change direction quickly and with a positive attitude.
The Specialist will work with team members at various locations across the country, often working with team members in different time zones.
They must hold the highest level of integrity, respect and professionalism in all interactions.
Create newsletters, emails and posters using Adobe Design products – Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
Coordinate with a local printer to have high quality prints made for communication in the heart-of-house.
Coordinate the execution of large wall features in the heart-of-house.
Write engaging magazine articles to profile team members in the mypnk Magazine that is sent to 16,000+ team members four times a year.
Write messages from leadership to team members with the ability to craft messages in different voices and tones.
Write a weekly newsletter to share property information and highlight positive team member stories.
