Overview

Under general supervision, responsible for performing journeyman level trade work in the area of upholstery to ensure upkeep, appearance and functionality of facility.

Responsibilities

Deliver internal and external guest service the Pinnacle Way by ensuring every interaction includes our Six Core Service Standards (Look Sharp, smile & greet the guest. Be friendly, polite & use courteous language. Provide especially timely & knowledgeable service; and then some! Always find solutions to guests’ problems. Use the guest’s name when appropriate. Thank the guest and invite him or her back.).


Works with and trains under other Engineers in the performance of daily job assignments, including upholstery repair as directed.

 

Assist in the cleaning of all public and back of house areas.


Performs minor maintenance with limited supervision.

Qualifications

  • General maintenance or environmental services experience
  • Upholstery experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs.

 

These skills are typically acquired through a high school education or equivalent and 1 year-on-the-job training or completion of a recognized apprenticeship program, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
