Overview

Ensure that the Facility department conforms to budgetary, personnel, safety and cleanliness standards set by upper management. Develop and implement routine maintenance processes.  Ensure prompt response to malfunctions.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently maintain and monitor that proper personnel policies are being followed in the department, communicating any changes that occur.
  • Establish a specified training program for each classification up to and including Supervisors, developing all employees to their fullest potential.
  • Develop budgets whereby standards of productivity and quality can be maintained which conform to upper management expectations.

     

 

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • A minimum of five (5) years experience in Facilities management, preferably in the casino or hospitality industry.
  • Construction experience preferred.
  • Must have valid Missouri driver’s license
