As a VIP Hotel Supervisor you are responsible for providing five star/diamond service to VIP suite customers and others. The position is also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel suites, including VIP check-in services, butler service, and VIP reservations.


  1. Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to have Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. as their casino/hotel of choice; responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations and acts as a mentor to employees in order to provide superior customer service.
  2. Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates, and directs VIP Services staff in order to ensure that employees receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives.
  3. Monitors and evaluates all daily activities, including suite housekeeping, butler service, VIP check-in and VIP reservations to ensure the successful operation of the VIP Services.
  4. Assists with Establishing VIP standards, guidelines, and objectives, and oversees other administrative processes such as budget and staffing to ensure proper planning and efficient operation of VIP Services.
  5. Handles special requests for VIP hotel guests and others as directed. Provide VIP guests and team members with up-to-date information on Pinnacle Entertainment, INC. and area activities, entertainment and special promotions.
  6. Interface with Casino Marketing, Hotel, Transportation and Food and Beverage in handling of VIP hotel guest
  7. Makes recommendations for VIP operation changes such as establishing amenities and changing of services in order to help guide Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. towards achievement of objectives


  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, as well as all levels of employees.
  • Working knowledge of the area.


  • The skills and abilities necessary of this position are typically acquired through two or more years’ experience in a customer service field.


  • Ability to work with Casino Marketing, Resort Operations and Food and Beverage functions in developing, implementing, and meeting established service levels.


  • Proven ability to hire and motivate all levels of employees.
