Overview

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a timely manner with a smile and a pleasant disposition.
  • Must be familiar with menu, preparation of food and prices.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques.
  • Take guest’s order and accurately input it into the computer/register.
  • Complete assigned side work and any additional daily tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and supplies in side stations.
  • Always conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive professional image.
  • Follow all cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Cash handling skills
  • Ability to sustain a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with guest issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with guests at all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • One (1) year experience in fast food, deli or concession.
  • Must have a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Experience with slicer or other deli equipment preferred.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Able to read and write English sufficiently to communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Able to work varied shifts and hours.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
