It is the primary responsibility of the Manager to lead, manage and perform tasks for the implementation of business solutions across Accounting Shared Services and Pinnacle Entertainment through the execution of established project management methodologies. Under the leadership of the Director, the Manager will plan, execute, monitor and finalize projects, in accordance with department standards. This position requires a mixture of influential leadership skills, technical understanding, analytical work, project management and excellent interpersonal skills with team members from all levels of the business. The Manager will partner with accounting functional areas to initiate project plans, participate in and oversee the completion of multiple projects simultaneously and partner with vendors and various functional areas at all levels. The Manager will work closely with the Director to communicate regularly and effectively. They will also ensure tasks and timelines in projects are adhered to, in addition to monitoring scope and control risks.
