The Assistant Beverage Manager oversees the day to day activities of multiple beverage outlets and directly supervises Beverage personnel.  Responsibility encompasses profitability, Team Member relations and guest relations.  


  • Directly supervises all Beverage personnel and operations during assigned shifts. 
  • Ensures all activities and job duties are performed according to established company and departmental policies, procedures and goals. 
  • Properly schedules employees in accordance with customer volumes.
  • Resolves guest claims or other disputes between employees in a fair and patient manner.  
  • Seeks ways in which to reduce departmental operating costs without affecting the quality of beverage or service. 
  • Keeps the Beverage Manager informed of all pertinent information and irregularities occurring in the Beverage Department. 
  • Makes sure prompt, courteous service is consistently provided to all guests and that employees conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. 
  • Interacts effectively with all other departments.
  • Additional related duties as requested by the Beverage Manager.

  • Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
  • Must interface effectively with management, employees and guests.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous supervisory experience in multiple beverage outlets preferred.
  • Knowledge of liquor and cocktail recipes is desirable.
