The team member in this position is responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for guests and employees, promoting and retaining a highly skilled work force.  The team member is also responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the Hotel Front Office personnel to ensure quality guest service and adherence to safety standards.


  • Prioritize and delegate daily work responsibilities to front desk staff. 

  • Train and guide front line staff to provide quality customer services. 

  • Manage staffing schedules, shift changes, payrolls, and labor costs. 

  • Resolve guest issues and enquiries to ensure guest satisfaction. 

  • Identify process improvement to achieve financial and service goals. 

  • Plan shift schedule and duties based on business forecast. 

  • Supervise the billing and cash processes to ensure compliance with company standards. 

  • Provide feedback to the team members on their performances and improvements. 

  • Monitor and control expenses within the allotted budget.


  • Supervisory experience helpful.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of front desk operations.
  • Knowledge of shuttle and transportation programs in a hotel/casino environment.


This knowledge and these abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a high school education or the equivalent and at least one year of front office experience and two years’ experience in related areas in a hotel/casino industry or related experience.  One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
