Under general supervision, prepares and serves menu items to guests and processes all sales transactions. 


  • Determine guest needs and suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals.

  • Assists guests in the selection and purchase of food and beverages.

  • Package guest orders according to established recipes and outlet standards.

  • Operate electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions and transports monies to and from the main credit cage.

  • Ensure outlet is setup, maintained and stocked according to established standards.

  • Uses and maintains all assigned areas and equipment in a sanitary, safe and effective manner.

  • Responsible for all day-to-day activities in work areas to maintain service, product quality and cashiering responsibilities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management. 


  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate guests
  • Demonstrated money-handling and math skills
  • Demonstrated ability to operate computerized cash register.

These skills and abilities are typically acquired through at least 6-months on-the-job training or experience directly related to the accountabilities specified.
