Overview

This position is responsible for performing audits of table games revenue, slot revenue, hotel revenue, food and beverage revenue and cashier activity as assigned, and various tasks in compliance with company and regulatory procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Audit all documentation of table games transactions, using casino system and/or audit all documentation of slot transactions, using casino (slot) system and/or audit all documentation of the cage transactions and/or audit all of food, beverage and retail transactions, using the point of sale system and/or audit all documentation of hotel and related transactions using the property management system.
  • Report deviations and incidents of non-compliance relating to procedures, policies, and/or internal controls found in the daily audits.
  • Job Tasks must be finished in a timely and accurate manner according to department standards.
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Audit Leadership Team.
  • Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by an Ameristar entity.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and data entry skills.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 10-key calculator skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication required with sound administrative skills.

Required Education and Work Experience
