Responsibilities

Greet guests with a smile and pleasant disposition in a
timely manner.
Clean tables
Refill drink orders
Use suggestive selling
techniques
Complete all assigned sidework and additional daily
tasks
Observe and anticipate guests needs
Be familiar with menu, daily
specials and preparation of foods and prices
Inform immediate supervisor if
situations arise with guests or fellow employees that cannot be handled
directly
Serve table completely using trays and accompaniments in a timely,
efficient manner according to standards of sequence of service 

Qualifications

6 months prior F&B experience
Food service experience
Outgoing personality with interest in guest hospitality
Knowledge of upselling techniques
Exceptional work habits
