L’Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge is a premier southern facility located on 575 acres of land in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish. L’Auberge captures the feel of a Southern river lodge and embraces Louisiana's rich cultural history, food, music and ‘laissez les bon temps rouler’ way of life. L’Auberge includes an expansive single-level, 74,000 square foot casino, a 12-story hotel with 205 guest rooms, unique rooftop pool and state-of the-art fitness center overlooking the Mississippi River, four dining outlets, and a unique casino nightclub with breathtaking views of the river.

Under general supervision, responsible for immediately greeting and setting a welcoming tone for all guests arriving on property. Also responsible for safely handling guests’ vehicles to ensure proper parking and retrieval and ensuring the secure handling of keys.


Deliver internal and external guest service the Pinnacle Way by ensuring every interaction includes our Six Core Service Standards (Look Sharp, smile & greet the guest. Be friendly, polite & use courteous language. Provide especially timely & knowledgeable service; and then some! Always find solutions to guests’ problems. Use the guest’s name when appropriate. Thank the guest and invite him or her back.).
Greet arriving and departing guests. Opens passenger door(s) and offers assistance, if appropriate.
Provide claim check and instructs guests on how to reclaim vehicle.
Park guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
Retrieve customer vehicles from specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
Provide travel directions and information on property events and promotions.
Provide accurate and timely documentation and reports of departmental activities and status including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements, and conditions with require attention and or repair. Obeys all traffic laws on and off property.
Assist in maintaining a neat, clean curbside and work area free from clutter or debris.


  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must obtain and maintain an active state Responsible Vendor Permit.
  • Must be in possession of and maintain valid state driver’s license.
  • Motor vehicle report must be free of careless motor vehicle accidents and no more than two moving violations within the last 3 years.
  • Must be able to run as a regular function of the position.


These skills and abilities are typically acquired through at least 2-months of on-the-job training or related experience.
