As a Valet ticket Writer you are responsible for providing superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and have the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers. Attendant is responsible for the retention, security and distribution of patron’s keys. Assist Valet with inspection of vehicles. Provides and completes any security reports. Also ensures courteous and prompt attention to guest requests and complaints.  Greets arriving and departing guests. 

Responsibilities

  1. Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates and manages staff to ensure that employees receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives.
  2. Researches, evaluates and tests latest technology in surveillance in order to develop most appropriate system to achieve security, effectiveness and cost‑efficiency objectives. 
  3. Establishes and maintains department objectives, standards, guidelines and budget to achieve proper management of department.
  4. Works with Casino Operations to design and conduct highly sensitive investigations to facilitate fact‑finding probe into potentially illegal or inappropriate activities.
  5. Coordinates statistical survey activities and reports production in order to facilitate information for management.
  6. Communicates and develops business relations with Gaming Control Board in order to stay abreast of regulations and practices.
  7. Makes recommendations in the development of gaming procedures to ensure that management takes into consideration the enforceability of such procedures from a surveillance perspective.
  • This position is subject to varying levels of crowds, smoke and noise, the severity of which depends upon customer volume.
  • This position is required to work outside and is subject to all types of weather conditions.  Proper clothing is provided.
  • Must have a valid State driver’s license.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, as well as all levels of employees.
  • This position is very physical in nature and requires incumbent to run across flat land, as well as up and down stairs so as to park and retrieve cars in as little amount of time as possible. Incumbent must be able to reach and grasp  to retrieve keys for customers' vehicles.
  • Ability to drive cars of all types.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license and a Department of Motor Vehicles report with no careless motor vehicle accidents, and no moving violations within the last three years.
