Overview

To oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation, ensuring that it is being operated in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high standards of quality control of product and service within the Food outlet.
  • Greets and seats guests when needed, and maintains a visible presence in the room.
  • Responsible for scheduling, assigning stations and job duties.
  • Controls labor costs.
  • Analyze and recognize deficiencies or problem areas and provide corrective material, financial and personnel resources to accomplish desired results.
  • Ensures proper service.
  • Supervises the training of all Team Members in maintaining expected standards.
  • Maintains and encourages open communication between all team members in the dining room.
  • Responsible for regulating and overseeing team member’s safety.
  • Visit with guests a minimum of five minutes every hour.
  • Ensure that all Team Members are knowledgeable of and adhere to all Pinnacle Service Standards.
  • Execute and share all food and Beverage department policies and procedures.
  • Hire, evaluate, coach team members within the restaurant outlets.

Qualifications

  • Five (5) years food and beverage experience.
  • Three (3) years supervisory experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu planning, food, liquor and labor costing, budget, financial statements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
