To perform maintenance duties within the specified trade skill in all facilities. Engineer I on this overnight shift will primarily be responsible for painting/finishing multiple exterior and interior surfaces.


  • Performs basic maintenance duties, with an emphasis on painting and finishing various types of infrastructure surfaces.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to equipment on a scheduled basis.
  • Assist with snow removal if and when needed.
  • Responds to maintenance calls. 
  • This is a uniformed position, which requires that Team Member’s are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty. 
  • Complete work order as assigned.
  • Repair and maintain facilities as needed.


  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical or finishing trades
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive approach to dealing with issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with Team Members at all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • 1 year Commercial Painting Experience or a related field preferred
  • Able to pass a background and MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) check
  • Able to pass a drug test
