Acts as a role model and always presents oneself as a credit to Ameristar and encourages others to do the same. Observe table games in action and enforce procedures and state regulations; act in a team leadership role over dealers.


  • Dealing proficiency in any combination of the three: Blackjack, Carnival Games, Roulette, Baccarat and Craps.
  • Learn all facets of supervising games to include Game security, Player Tracking, Bank Roll Maintenance
  • Observe table games security, dealer technical proficiency, assurance of credit and player tracking and Currency Transaction in accordance with Indiana Gaming rules and regulations.
  • Conduct performance reviews, employee coaching and counseling and team building.
  • Provide complimentaries to guests based on value to casino.


  • Experience supervising and providing team leadership strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software preferred.
  • Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years dealing experience
