Monday - Friday

2:00pm - 10:30pm


  • Providing incredible customer service and assisting team members by waiting on customers at the counter, plating prepared Sushi items as requested, answering questions about products and offering suggestions

  • Assisting the Sushi operations by prepping ingredients to be used in preparing products, ensuring they are ready to be used so items are available for customers without setbacks or delays

  • Maintaining the appearance of the items offered in the Sushi case, refilling products throughout the day as needed

  • Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menus to ensure consistency and quality of product to guests


  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • One year minimum experience in food preparation and food knowledge
