Provides general leadership and work direction of department team members including but not limited to:

  • Organizing and assigning work
  • Prioritizing workload and assignments to ensure orderly and efficient completion by department employees
  • Directing department employees in the successful completion of assigned work
  • Enforcement of department and company rules
  • Instructing and training department employees in the successful performance of their duties
  • Other leadership and work direction duties as assigned by Supervision. 
  • Lead Persons do not perform supervisory tasks such as scheduling, discipline, performance reviews, hiring or terminations; although they may provide input to supervisors regarding such matters.


  • Deliver internal and external guest service the Pinnacle Way.  Always exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor.  Be polite and courteous when speaking with guests and team members.  Look for and act upon opportunities to assist guests and team members.  Be sincere and genuine during all interactions.  Be prepared with the knowledge and skill required to be responsive to guests and team member’s needs and questions
  • Oversee and assign tasks to maintain the daily appearance of the property and casino to include, gathering and emptying trash and ashtray receptacles.
  • Act as a trainer and mentor for porters and provide guidance in direction in the completion of work activities.
  • Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming; steam-clean or shampoo carpets; strip, seal, finish and polish floors.
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms; gather and empty restroom trash.
  • Clean of windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees.
  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment.
  • Provide immediate response to guest or employee situations requiring the extraction or cleaning of bodily fluids while following established safety and protection measures.
  • Notify management concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating supplies.
  • Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare or recover facility due to special events, meetings or banquets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
  • Must have basic Computer skills and are familiar with Office Suite programs.
  • Must have experience in floor care and floor care related equipment.
